OKA recognized this need and developed an Emotional Intelligence Certification Training program. The objective was to offer industry-leading certification that equips participants with practical skills to apply emotional intelligence in various contexts effectively. The program specifically focused on the EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360 assessments, providing participants with theoretical knowledge, facilitation techniques, and interpretation of assessment results. The goal was to empower participants to run impactful half-day and full-day Emotional Intelligence workshops, enabling them to impact their clients and organizations positively.
